Chris has worked in the property industry for over 25 years in Poole and Bournemouth. He takes selling houses seriously and is extremely knowledgeable in all matters relating to the marketing and legal conveyance of both freehold and leasehold residential property. He successfully owns and runs Frost & Co in Lower Parkstone with his business partner Gary Milton and when he’s not working he enjoys alpine skiing, slalom mono-skiing, mountain biking, sailing and camping.
Chris is married to Sandra who is originally from Holland and they have two sons, Harry & Tom. They live locally in Lower Parkstone.

Gary has also worked in the property industry over 25 years. Gary initially opened the office in Lower Parkstone in 1996 while his business partner Chris Frost still ran the Bournemouth office. Gary over the years also has gained a wealth of knowledge and experience of the buying and selling process.
Gary is married to Sarah and has a son, Joe and a daughter, Sammy and lives locally in Oakdale. Gary enjoys family time, football and socialising. Gary’s son Joe plays for Poole Borough Football club which is sponsored by Frost & Co.

Katie joined the company in 2001and is the longest standing member of our Team. Starting her time with our company as our secretary and not long into her role she proved her willingness to sell and was soon promoted to sales negotiator. In 2005 Katie was then assigned to the role as office Manager. She has over 10 years experience in the property industry and prides herself on her customer care, having also built up a large client base of returning customers. Being a local girl she has a wealth of knowledge of the local area, schools and community.
Katie is married to Tony and has a young daughter called Isabella. Katie lives locally in Penn Hill and likes to spend quality time with her family and enjoys going abroad.

Alex joined the company in the summer 2010 bringing with him over 7 years of experience and knowledge of the property market. Alex comes from a line of property professionals in his family and during his time with us, he has proved himself to be a valuable asset to our Team. Living locally he too has a good knowledge of local area and schools. He is an efficient member of team and is always more than happy to help.
Alex is married to Marie-Claire and also lives locally in Parkstone. Outside of work, Alex enjoys golfing, skiing and socialising with friends and family.

Emma joined our company 2003 and plays an integral role in the smooth running of the office. Emma has also accumulated a broad spectrum of experience and knows the local area well. Over the years she has become indispensable to the business and is a very valuable member of the Team.
Emma is married to Stuart and lives in Upton. Emma has a keen interest in horse and has her own and enjoys the outdoor life, the gym and travelling.

Rachel joined our company in February 2010 and has worked in sales and marketing in London for 25 years. Before moving to Poole in 2007, she was working for Galliard Homes one of the largest property developers in London selling investment property in the City and Docklands area.
Rachel is married to Iain who is from New Zealand. She has two daughters and two grandchildren and lives in the local area. Rachel loves to travel when time permits, going to the gym and sailing and enjoys an active social life.

Our office is located in Ashley Cross, Lower Parkstone. Ashley Cross offers a wealth of amenities, fashionable bars and trendy bistros all centred around the park. Sandbanks beaches are a short drive away.
Our office opening hours are:
Monday- Friday 9am-6.30pm
Saturday- 9am-5pm
Sunday- 9.30am-2pm
We open most bank holidays and our opening hours are usually 10-4pm on these days
