Consumers 'impressed with new Cardiff homes'

A number of people looking for property for sale in Cardiff have been impressed by a
show home that has opened in the area.
Developer Redrow Homes has converted former Cardiff City football
stadium Ninian Park into a number of residences.
Recently, the firm unveiled the project and consumers travelled to
the site to have a look at what was on offer.
Area sales manager at the company Rachael Davies said: "People
generally loved the show home, with many being particularly
impressed with the big windows that create a bright and airy
impression."
She added that Redrow Homes - which has operations in a number of
regions, including south Wales, Scotland and the Midlands - has
already had three firm reservations for the houses.
Ms Davies claimed the quality of the bathrooms and kitchens was one
factor that enticed prospective buyers, along with all the
appliances that came with the offerings.
